We want you to be fully satisfied with your dryrobe®; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you stay warm and dry with the perfect fit for your outdoor adventures.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the dryrobe® back in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
